Company Profile & Leadership
Olin Beauty Sdn. Bhd. (OBSB) is a wholly Bumiputera Malay company, fully registered under the Companies Act 2016 (Section 17). It was established in 2018 and founded by Puan Nazatul Azlin Abdullah, its Managing Director.
OBSB is the JRM Holistik stockist for Negeri Sembilan. The company practises the principle of jihad ekonomi — rebuilding the community economy through corporate waqf. On that principle, OBSB runs community programmes together with the distributors under it, alongside its sales activity.
OBSB owns its outlet building in Senawang, from which it manages and markets JRM Holistik products. The outlet carries the JRMH, Rumah Hutan, Merch By Bonda and Dapur Kayu By Bonda ranges — cosmetics, traditional remedies, herbs, health foods and more.

Olin Beauty Sdn. Bhd. is founded as the JRM Holistik stockist for Negeri Sembilan by Puan Nazatul Azlin Abdullah. Its own outlet opens in Senawang, bought with the profits from JRMH.

The story of the Managing Director and founder of Olin Beauty Sdn. Bhd.
Guided by the principle to move fast, stay structured and execute with purpose, she built Olin Beauty Sdn. Bhd. into an ecosystem that connects business, distributors and community. OLIN HIVE grew from a vision to make growth more structured, faster and more meaningful.

From Age 4 to Entrepreneurship: The Journey of Puan Nazatul Azlin Abdullah From Mechanical Engineering to Entrepreneurship
Puan Nazatul Azlin Abdullah is a Malaysian entrepreneur and business leader with a background in Mechanical Engineering. She graduated from Universiti Tenaga Nasional (UNITEN) and received the Dean’s List Award from 2000 to 2004.
After completing her studies, she started her own business in 2004, gaining experience in business management, government and private-sector relations, as well as digital and online business.
From JRMH Stockist to Building a Legacy
Becoming a JRM Holistik (JRMH) stockist marked an important milestone in her entrepreneurial journey. Through her JRMH business profits, she successfully purchased her own shop and continued focusing on the growth of JRM Holistik in Negeri Sembilan.
For her, business is not simply about sales. It is also about leadership, team development, customer service and long-term growth.
Her Business Journey Started at Age 4
Her entrepreneurial spirit began at an early age when she accompanied her mother, Puan Raja Diwi, in running a business from door to door.
From selling traditional snacks and managing catering services to operating a factory canteen, her mother later expanded into a roadside banana stall and grocery shop.
That environment became Puan Nazatul Azlin Abdullah’s first business school, teaching her valuable lessons in customers, sales, operations, financial management and business discipline.
Building Forward
From a Mechanical Engineering graduate to an entrepreneur with more than two decades of business experience, Puan Nazatul Azlin Abdullah’s journey has been built on knowledge, discipline, courage and experience.
Today, she continues to strengthen JRM Holistik in Negeri Sembilan, build her team and create opportunities for growth within the entrepreneurial community.
From learning business at the age of four to building a business of her own a journey that shows how small beginnings can become the foundation of a lasting legacy.

About Bonda Rozita Ibrahim
Founder of Jamu Ratu Malaya (JRM) and JRM Holistik
Bonda Rozita Ibrahim founded Jamu Ratu Malaya (JRM) and JRM Holistik. JRM HQ, under her leadership, oversees the network of JRM stockists across Malaysia including the JRM Negeri Sembilan stockist run by Olin Beauty Sdn. Bhd.
She guides stockists and distributors in person — as the teacher at distributor training seminars, through Talk Bonda sessions on JRM tours across the states, Meet & Greet sessions in Malaysia and Singapore, and stockist meetings on the network's vision, mission and annual plans. JRM distributors under her are known as Jutawan Bonda.
JRM HQ honours the stockists and distributors who reach their sales targets at the JRM Awards (Oscar JRM). At Oscar JRM 2019, the JRM Negeri Sembilan stockist led by Puan Nazatul Azlin was named Best Team 2019.
