Shipping Policy

This policy explains the cost, timing and methods of delivery for every order placed through the OLIN HIVE website.

1. Delivery areas

We deliver throughout Malaysia. Orders may also be collected in person at our outlet in Seremban, Negeri Sembilan.

2. Delivery rates

• Peninsular Malaysia — from RM8.00, based on order weight.
• Sabah, Sarawak & Labuan — from RM15.00, based on order weight. The rate is higher because courier costs to Borneo are genuinely higher.
• Free delivery on orders above RM250.00 within Peninsular Malaysia.

The exact cost is shown at checkout before you confirm your order. Nothing is added afterwards.

3. Processing time

Orders paid before 2:00pm on a working day are processed the same day. Orders after that, on weekends, or on public holidays are processed the next working day.

4. Delivery time

• Peninsular Malaysia — 2 to 4 working days after dispatch.
• Sabah & Sarawak — 4 to 7 working days after dispatch.

These are courier estimates, not guarantees. Delays can occur during festive seasons, bad weather, or courier disruptions.

5. Tracking numbers

A tracking number is sent by email and WhatsApp as soon as the parcel is handed to the courier. It also appears in the Member Portal under Purchase History.

6. Wrong or incomplete addresses

Please check your address before confirming your order. Parcels returned because of an incomplete address or an unreachable recipient will be re-sent with a second delivery charge.

7. Outlet pickup

Pickup orders are ready within one working day. You will receive a pickup code; show it with your Member ID at the counter. Pickup orders qualify for an in-store gift while stocks last.

8. Damaged parcels

If a parcel arrives damaged, photograph it before opening it fully and contact us within 48 hours. See the Returns & Refund Policy for the next steps.
