Four ways to earn

Purchases. One point per RM1 spent. Points are calculated on the total after discount and exclude shipping, because shipping is a cost paid to the courier rather than revenue.

Outlet collection. 50 bonus points for every order collected in person. This is the largest per-transaction incentive in the system.

In-store QR scans. 10 points per visit, once a day per account.

Product reviews. 20 points for each approved review. Reviews are checked before publishing, so points are not awarded instantly.

What they are actually worth

One hundred points is worth RM1. This is stated plainly because points programmes are often written in a way that obscures their real value.

A practical example: a customer spending RM200 a month and collecting their own orders accumulates 250 points a month, 3,000 a year, worth RM30.

It is not an amount that changes anyone's finances. It is a small discount that accumulates, and it should be understood as such.

Membership tiers

Tiers are set by trailing 12-month spend: Silver from RM0, Gold from RM1,000, and Diamond from RM5,000.

Tiers recalculate automatically after each paid order, so they always reflect your most recent purchases.

When points expire

Twelve months after being awarded. Each batch of points carries its own expiry — points earned in March expire the following March, regardless of when other points were earned.

When points are reversed

Points awarded on an order later cancelled or returned are reversed. This is stated clearly so it does not come as a surprise.

The reason is simple: points represent sale value, and a returned sale no longer represents that value.

How to redeem

Redemption happens in the Member Portal under Reward Points. Points convert into a discount voucher usable on your next order.

Points have no cash value and cannot be transferred between accounts.
