These terms govern your use of the OLIN HIVE website. By browsing or purchasing from this site, you agree to be bound by them.

1. Site operator

This site is operated by Olin Beauty Sdn. Bhd. (Company Registration No. ), of 108G, Jalan Komersil Senawang 4, Taman Komersil Senawang, 70450 Seremban, Negeri Sembilan, Malaysia. The OLIN HIVE brand is owned by Olin Beauty Sdn. Bhd..

2. Accounts

You are responsible for keeping your account password confidential and for all activity under your account. Tell us immediately if you suspect unauthorised use.

3. Pricing and payment

Every product shows two prices: a member price and a non-member price. The member price applies to users signed in to a registered account at checkout.

All prices are in Malaysian Ringgit and include applicable taxes unless stated otherwise. Shipping is calculated at checkout by zone and weight.

Orders are only processed after payment is confirmed. For bank transfers, confirmation happens within one working day of receiving the receipt.

4. Delivery and collection

We deliver throughout Malaysia. Estimated delivery is one to three working days for Peninsular Malaysia and three to seven working days for Sabah and Sarawak.

Orders selected for outlet collection must be collected within 14 days of notification. After that period we will contact you before taking any further action.

5. Reward points

Points are awarded on paid purchases, outlet collection, in-store QR scans, and approved product reviews. Points expire 12 months after they are awarded.

Points have no cash value and cannot be transferred between accounts. Points awarded on an order that is later cancelled or refunded will be reversed.

6. Distributor programme

Participation as an Authorised Distributor is subject to approval and a separate distributor agreement. Commission is calculated on sale value after discount and excludes shipping.

7. Content and intellectual property

All text, images, design and code on this site are protected by copyright. You may not copy, redistribute or use them commercially without written permission.

8. Limitation of liability

The products sold here are health and beauty products, not medicines. They are not intended to diagnose, treat or cure any disease. Consult a doctor before taking any supplement if you are pregnant, breastfeeding or taking prescription medication.

9. Changes

We may amend these terms from time to time. The current version is always available on this page with its update date.

10. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Malaysia and subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Malaysian courts.
