Kuala Lumpur, 19 to 21 December 2023 — Puan Olin, together with OBSB staff member Cik Aina, attended the Sharp Shooter Bootcamp run by HR specialists, to learn and to take part in the range of activities on offer.
They were taught sharpshooting technique and the strategy behind improving that skill. Alongside it they were taught why teamwork and clear communication matter in particular situations. Over the bootcamp, Puan Olin and Cik Aina had the chance to sharpen their abilities through structured practice under the guidance of experienced HR specialists. The activities were carefully planned, and they did more than build competence in the field — they also strengthened the working relationship between the two of them. Both hoped to carry what they learned back into their work at OBSB.
