Selangor, 6 April 2019 — the Customer Service HERO Training Seminar for "Zone 1 Distributors" was held at Glenmarie Ballroom, Shah Alam.
The seminar was attended by stockists and distributors from across Malaysia and Singapore. Bonda Rozita Ibrahim led the seminar as its teacher. Puan Nazatul Azlin (Olin) also attended, together with the TeamNogoriOhsem distributors.
Among the central ideas of the seminar was this: "Customers buy because of emotion, customers buy because of value" — people are drawn in when we sell through emotion, and drawn in again when the thing itself is worth having.
