How to Check the Delivery Status of Your JRM Order

Quick answer
Check your order status in the Member Portal under Purchase History. Statuses run from "Awaiting payment" to "Being packed", then "In transit" for courier or "Ready for pickup" for outlet collection, and finally "Completed". A tracking number appears once the parcel is handed to the courier, usually within one working day of payment confirmation.
Key facts
- Order status appears in the Member Portal under Purchase History.
- A tracking number appears once the parcel is handed to the courier.
- Peninsular Malaysia delivery takes one to three working days.
- Sabah and Sarawak delivery takes three to seven working days.
- A tracking number may take a few hours to become active on the courier site.
What each status means
Awaiting payment. The order is recorded but payment is not yet confirmed. For bank transfers this means the receipt has not arrived or has not been reviewed.
Being packed. Payment is confirmed and the order is being prepared at the warehouse or outlet.
In transit. The parcel has been handed to the courier and a tracking number is available.
Ready for pickup. A collection order is waiting at the outlet counter.
Completed. The parcel was received or the order was collected.
When the tracking number appears
The tracking number appears on the order page once the parcel is handed to the courier, usually within one working day of payment confirmation.
That number may not be active on the courier site for the first few hours. This is normal — courier systems update when a parcel is scanned at the first sorting hub, not when it is collected.
How long it should take
Peninsular Malaysia: one to three working days. Sabah and Sarawak: three to seven working days.
Working days exclude weekends and public holidays. An order despatched on Friday afternoon usually moves on Monday.
If the parcel is late
Check the tracking number first. Most delays customers report are parcels already at a local hub waiting for delivery.
If tracking has not changed for more than two working days, contact us with your order number. We will raise a query with the courier on your behalf.
If the address is wrong
Contact us immediately. Before the parcel is collected, the address can still be changed. After it is handed to the courier, changes depend on courier policy and may carry a fee.
If the parcel arrives damaged
Photograph the outer packaging before opening it fully, then photograph the contents. Send both with your order number within seven days.
The outer packaging photo matters because it determines whether damage happened in transit or before, and that determines who carries it.
