Brisk Walk and Meal with TeamNogoriOhsem

As an organisation that takes both the physical health and the emotional wellbeing of its team seriously, Team OBSB makes a point of running programmes built around exercise and time together. On 4 August 2025, a programme with Team Nogori Ohsem was held at Taman Botanikal Melaka. It served as a way to strengthen the ties between everyone, encourage a healthier way of living, and build the sense of a team in a relaxed setting.

The programme began at 7.30am, with everyone gathering at the home of Puan Hajah Nazatul Azlin before setting off for Melaka at 8.00am. The group arrived at Taman Botanikal Melaka at around 9.00am to a warm and cheerful welcome. It opened with zumba as a warm-up, followed by a brisk walk around the park until 11.00am.

After the walk, participants headed to Chamek Kopitiam Melaka, a spot suggested by Puan Ani Yat. A good spread was served, giving everyone the chance to rest and talk easily. After the meal, the conversation carried on at Puan Ani Yat's home.

There, alongside the conversation, the team took the chance to film social media content and run a quiz to mark the month of independence. The mood was lively, full of laughter, and proof that relaxed activities like this build a positive and friendly working atmosphere.

The programme ended at around 4.00pm with everyone heading home in good spirits. It did more than raise fitness levels; it also brought the members of the team closer together.
