Agent Meeting 0.1 — "Towards Becoming a Successful JRMNS Entrepreneur"

20 January 2019 — the first distributor meeting of 2019 was attended by Puan Olin (Nazatul Azlin) as the Negeri Sembilan stockist, together with the JRM TeamNogoriOhsem distributors. The meeting was held at The Urban Affair, Seremban on 20 January 2019. It opened with the arrival of distributors, a welcome address from Puan Olin, and confirmation of the previous meeting's minutes.

The meeting began with the website that would be taught through an SOP and tutorials. It then moved on to the 2017–2018 agent sales history report, the 2019 marketing strategy, a focus on the SSM current account and related matters for entrepreneurs, the latest membership registrations, the minimum order quantity per order of RM300 for Gold and RM100 for Silver, keeping purchase and sales transaction records for every agent and downline, the problems faced by distributors and their downlines, and the team forecast covering the team agenda and the schedule of meetings between distributors.

In between agenda items, the group celebrated the birthdays of authorised distributors born in January and February. The meeting closed with refreshments and a short discussion about the JRM Awards 2019.
