Friday, 10 January 2025 — a KPI (Key Performance Indicator) meeting was held at the home of Puan Hajah Nazatul Azlin, CEO of Olin Beauty Sdn. Bhd., at Residensi SIGC, Seremban. It was attended by HR from Red Radar International along with all the OBSB staff.
Staff began gathering from 8.30am, with the session starting at 9.00am. The meeting focused on KPI performance — the benchmarks used to measure how effectively an individual and an organisation are reaching their strategic goals. Puan Hajah Nazatul Azlin stressed that a KPI is not simply a number but a framework for keeping every member of staff aligned with the company's vision, mission and objectives.
The discussion also covered the benefits staff stand to gain by meeting the terms set out — recognition, reward and the chance to progress. The session was intended to build both motivation and an understanding that every effort made carries real value for the company and for the individual.
As a mark of appreciation, Puan Hajah Nazatul Azlin laid on a special spread for all the staff and guests.
