On 22 June 2025, OBSB held a formal meeting and knowledge session with the JRM Holistik Negeri Sembilan distributors at The Urban Affairs, Seremban 2.
The OBSB staff left the JRM outlet at 8.00am to set up on site, while distributors began arriving at about 8.30am to register and take their places.
The session began at around 9.30am with the first presentation from Cik Syazwani, representing OBSB, who ran the ChatGPT class. In it, distributors were introduced to using ChatGPT to help with daily tasks and with marketing the business.
The class continued with Cik Nadia, who guided participants through the use and procedures of the LHDN MyTax system, to make tax matters and financial reporting more straightforward and systematic.
The high point was an open dialogue with the OBSB CEO, Puan Hajah Nazatul Azlin. In it, current issues and the challenges facing distributors were discussed openly and with real empathy, followed by a collective search for constructive solutions.
Once the discussion was over, everyone was invited to the lunch that had been prepared. The programme continued with a group photograph and closed with warm farewells at around 2.00pm.
