On Saturday, 22 February 2025, Olin Beauty Sdn. Bhd. (OBSB) held a Customer Day at the JRM Holistik Negeri Sembilan outlet. It ran from 9.00am to 2.00pm and brought together all the OBSB staff, the JRM Holistik Negeri Sembilan distributors, and the loyal customers who have supported our work all along.
The day opened with registration, followed by an exclusive gift for everyone who came, as a mark of appreciation. The atmosphere picked up further when OBSB worked with Klinik Adam & Hawa, who set up a dedicated tent offering free health checks to guests.
One of the day's main draws was the "Gajah ke Kancil" campaign, open to all guests, with good prizes for participants who met the conditions set. The response was remarkable and said a good deal about the enthusiasm for the programme.
To keep everyone comfortable and well looked after, food was provided throughout. A lucky draw added to the day, with guests buying JRM Holistik products to qualify for entry.
The programme also featured testimonials from experienced distributors, who demonstrated how to use the products properly and to best effect. OBSB also brought in a professional masseuse to offer massage using Rumah Hutan therapy oil, specifically for the customers who attended.
Before everyone left, guests, distributors and OBSB staff shook hands and thanked one another.
The main purpose of the day was to spend time with and show appreciation to the JRM Holistik customers who continue to support our work, and to widen the reach of the OBSB name across Negeri Sembilan.
