JRMNS Customer Day

Senawang, 9 March 2024 — JRMNS once again held its Customer Day to celebrate and thank our loyal customers. The event has become an annual tradition everyone looks forward to, and this year it was held on a larger scale at the JRMNS outlet in Senawang.

Why Customer Day matters

Customer Day is more than an event; it is how we show what our customers mean to us. We at JRMNS value the support and loyalty our customers give us through the year. They are the backbone of what we have achieved, and without them JRMNS would not be where it is.

A day full of things to do

This year, Customer Day was filled with activities designed to entertain and to bring JRMNS and its customers closer together. Among them:

— Product introductions: customers had the chance to get to know the newest JRM products up close, with our specialists on hand to answer any question.
— Lucky draw: every purchase on the day earned entry into a lucky draw, with a range of prizes waiting.
— Photo corner: we set aside a corner for customers to take photographs, as a keepsake and as thanks for their loyalty.

A warm welcome in Senawang

The JRMNS outlet in Senawang was chosen as the main venue this year because it is one of the branches with the largest and most loyal customer base. We saw it as a chance to thank the Senawang community directly for the support it has given us all this time.
