On Wednesday, 5 February 2025, Olin Beauty Sdn. Bhd. (OBSB) launched the CSR Ceria Ke Sekolah programme, an initiative to help children from low-income families with a complete set of school necessities. It was held to coincide with the start of the 2025 school year, with the aim of easing the burden on parents and giving children something to look forward to as they returned to school.
The programme began at 10.00am at Pusat Pakaian Hari-Hari, Bandar Prima Senawang. Before the shopping began, the CEO of Olin Beauty Sdn. Bhd., Puan Hajah Nazatul Azlin, gave a welcome address to everyone present, followed by a prayer led by Cik Muhammad Iman.
The children and parents who came were visibly excited at the chance to choose new school things. What was given included a complete school uniform, a pair of school shoes, a school bag and a stationery set. The smiles on the children's faces as they received their new kit said it all, while parents expressed their gratitude for OBSB's thoughtfulness.
The programme ran until around 1.00pm in a warm and friendly atmosphere. Before it ended, everyone involved gathered for a photograph, as a keepsake and as thanks for the work they had put in together.
